Our shutters are manufactured using environmentally-friendly materials and manufacturing techniques.
Memphis – Yellow Poplar Shutters
As a leading supplier and installer of wooden shutters, we pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality products for our customers. The Memphis Plantation Shutter range is manufactured using a softwood timer taken from the sustainable Yellow Poplar tree. This lightweight yet durable timber works great in any application and has a natural graining that is very popular with this type of shutter.
The Memphis shutter is perfect for all paint and stain option finishes and is the only shutter that can be finished in our Limed-White application (seen here).
Halifax – Cedar Wood Shutters
Our latest introduction to our shutter family is the Halifax Plantation shutter. This is a slightly heavier shutter than the Memphis shutter and uses a Cedar wood construction. This dense timber has all the great characteristics of our Memphis range but due to its makeup is not available in the Limed-White finish. The Halifax comes with a smooth finish and texture, which some customers prefer to the graining effect of the Memphis.
The Cedar wood of the Halifax is available in all the great paint and stain finishes.
Ohio – Western Red Cedar Shutters
Our Top-of-the-range Ohio shutter is constructed in a high-end Western Red Cedar timber with solid stile construction. This timber is great in its natural or lacquered finish and is primarily used in barn conversions. This highly durable timber can also be painted to any of our solid paint finishes as well as the custom paint option.
Lancaster – Medium Density Fibre Shutters
The Lancaster range is our premier budget shutter range that offers great durability and fantastic looks. The Lancaster is made-up using recycled shavings from the timber manufacturing process and therefore plays its part well in the eco-climate.
The Lancaster’s construction is solid and well built, using all the high-end manufacturing techniques as used in the process for our wooden shutter range. The Lancaster is painted to a top-quality finish and coated to make the panels/louvers even more durable and easy to clean.
